Attorney James Tilghman spent the first half of his career as a trial lawyer, but over time he became the de facto legal expert and appellate attorney for Stewart Tilghman Fox Bianchi & Cain. In 1996, he committed his practice solely to appellate law and by 1999 became Board Certified in Appellate Practice by the Florida Bar. Since then, he has provided a unique and vital component of our firm’s mission to champion plaintiffs’ rights.
As a former trial attorney, James Tilghman is able to utilize both litigation skills and written argument to compel courts to revisit lower court decisions. His success and recognition for his work in appeals demonstrate the power of having an experienced legal expert in your corner.
