As an attorney and as a co-founder of our firm, Mr. Bianchi has contributed a great deal to our field—both in court and as an advocate in the community. He has represented class action lawsuits on behalf of entire communities, has represented the victims of poorly-constructed homes, and has held auto manufacturers accountable for defective cars and trucks.
Mr. Bianchi is also known as a national advocate for campus reform as a hazing attorney. His work in court on behalf of parents of hazing victims led to the creation of Florida’s Chad Meredith Act, named after a young man who lost his life due to fraternity hazing at the University of Miami. He helped draft the law, which was signed by Governor Jeb Bush on the campus where Meredith was killed. The resulting verdict for the Meredith family is believed to still be the largest hazing verdict ever handed down by a jury.
