Our firm is proud to announce that Attorney David Bianchi has been named to the 2019 edition of The Best Lawyers in America© for the fifth year time for Personal Injury Litigation for Plaintiffs and Product Liability Litigation for Plaintiffs. He has also secured, once again, the Miami Lawyer of the Year award for Product Liability Litigation - Plaintiffs.

Best Lawyers® selection is designed to recognize the most accomplished and well-renowned attorneys in practice areas and regions across the United States. Inclusion is a prestigious honor that validates the quality of each attorney’s efforts, integrity, and results. The Lawyer of the Year award is an even more prestigious honor, awarded only to one attorney in a given practice area and in a given region.

All Best Lawyers selections are determined through rigorous elimination and peer review nomination, which are gathered from the leading lawyers in each area. Their reviews are then validated through independent research. Mr. Bianchi will appear alongside other leading lawyers from across the nation, each among the top in their respective fields and cities.

About Miami Injury Attorney David Bianchi

As an attorney and as a co-founder of our firm, Mr. Bianchi has contributed a great deal to our field—both in court and as an advocate in the community. He has represented class action lawsuits on behalf of entire communities, has represented the victims of poorly-constructed homes, and has held auto manufacturers accountable for defective cars and trucks.

Mr. Bianchi is also known as a national advocate for campus reform as a hazing attorney. His work in court on behalf of parents of hazing victims led to the creation of Florida’s Chad Meredith Act, named after a young man who lost his life due to fraternity hazing at the University of Miami. He helped draft the law, which was signed by Governor Jeb Bush on the campus where Meredith was killed. The resulting verdict for the Meredith family is believed to still be the largest hazing verdict ever handed down by a jury.

We’re honored to work side-by-side with him while standing up for injured plaintiffs throughout the country.
