Attorneys Bello & Levine Appointed to Leadership Roles by Florida Bar

The Florida Bar’s Annual Convention was held virtually this year in light of the global health crisis, but that didn’t stop our firm’s youngest partners from distinguishing themselves as leaders within the legal community. Attorneys Dax Bello and Michael Levine were both appointed (or reappointed) to multiple leadership roles within The Florida Bar for the upcoming term.

Dax Bello was appointed to The Florida Bar Board of Governors and was reappointed to The Florida Bar Civil Procedure Rules Committee. As a member of the Board of Governors, Mr. Bello will help shape and adopt the policies and agenda for The Florida Bar. As a part of the Civil Procedure Rules Committee, Mr. Bello will also influence the way civil law and procedure is practiced in the state.

Michael Levine was reappointed to The Florida Bar Judicial Nominating Procedures Committee. The committee serves an important role in shaping the judiciary of the state.

Additionally, Mr. Levine was sworn in as an elected member of The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors. This will be his fourth year on the board where he will chair the Continuing Legal Education committee. In that role he will spearhead The Florida Bar’s CLE offerings for young lawyers across the state.

These appointments and leadership roles provide our attorneys with the opportunity to improve and refine the practice of law, contributing to a better profession and, ultimately, a better community. Our firm is proud of what both Mr. Bello and Mr. Levine have accomplished so far in their careers, and we look forward to seeing them lead the Florida legal community in 2020 and beyond.
