Additionally, Mr. Bianchi was named Best Lawyers® 2021 Personal Injury Litigation “Lawyer of the Year” in Miami. This is the fifth time in his career that he has earned the designation.
Both Mr. Bianchi and Mr. Fox have been featured consistently on the Best Lawyers lists for several years running: Mr. Bianchi since 2012 and Mr. Fox since 1999. This year marks the fifth year that Mr. Cain has been listed. It also marks the first year that Michael Levine has been selected.

The Best Lawyers in America asks local attorneys in every practice area and in every major metro area to nominate the leading lawyers they know. Attorneys cannot nominate themselves or anyone at the same firm which ensures nominations are sincere and based on real accomplishments. Nominated lawyers are then put on a ballot and rated by current Best Lawyers honorees. After the ratings, Best Lawyers editorial staffers review votes and comments, vetting each nominee for their current standing with the ethics committee and state bar. The highest-rated lawyers are then listed in an annual publication.
