Jessica Aehnlich is an attorney at Stewart Tilghman Fox Bianchi & Cain, P.A., where she represents individuals and families throughout Florida whose lives have been affected by the negligence and wrongdoing of others. Her practice includes maritime and boating accidents, products liability, medical malpractice, automobile accidents, and trucking litigation in both state and federal courts.
Prior to joining the firm, Jessica practiced at several prominent defense firms, representing corporations and insurance carriers. This experience gives her valuable insight into defense strategies and strengthens her ability to advocate effectively for injured clients and their families.
Jessica earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law. While in law school, she was a member of the Trial Team and won the Closing Argument Competition Championship. She also participated in The Honorable Peter R. Palermo Mentorship Program, was a member of Phi Alpha Delta (Mentschikoff Chapter), and earned Dean’s List honors.
She received her Bachelor of Professional Studies in Law Studies, with a minor in Political Science, from the University of Mississippi, where she was recognized on both the Dean’s and Chancellor’s Honor Rolls and received the Ole Miss Academic Excellence Scholarship.
Jessica is an active member of the American Bar Association, The Florida Bar’s Trial Lawyers Section, the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (Miami-Dade and Broward Chapters), and the Fort Lauderdale Mariners Club.
Outside the office, Jessica enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially her five nieces, as well as playing tennis and reading.
