One of South Florida's "TOP" Firms
Our firm was pleased to learn that we have once again been listed as one of the "Top" law firms in South Florida in the 2010 Annual Edition of the "South Florida Legal Guide". The Guide is compiled from a survey of thousands of lawyers in South Florida who were asked to recommend the top law firms in our community and individual lawyers. In addition, all 5 of the lawyers in the firm were individually selected as well.
Florida "Super Lawyers" for 2010
Once again, four named partners were honored to have been included in the 2010 publication of "Florida Super Lawyers". The publishers of the magazine claim that selection for this recognition is the result of ballots sent to 44,000 fellow lawyers and then a detailed research process by the editors that evaluate each candidate based on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement.

"The very highest standard ever done"
The Donaldsons of the Bronx New York believe the outstanding work your law firm especially David Bianchi has done on this case was of the very highest standard ever done in the United States as of these dates: 1997 to 2003.
Our Firm spent many years litigating a case for a young man who received a serious head injury in a motorcycle accident. A substantial recovery was obtained which will improve the quality of his life for years to come. As a "thank you" our client's family sent us this plaque, which we were very pleased to receive. |
- Larry S. Stewart was awarded The Florida Bar's 2002 G. Kirk Hass Humanitarian Award for his work as President of Trial Lawyers Care. Trial Lawyers Care is the national lawyer pro bono program that was established to aid the victims and victim families of the September 11 terrorist attacks. It is the largest private pro bono undertaking in history. Already over 1200 victims or family members have been assigned to a free lawyer and Stewart projects that the total clients will be in excess of 2000.
- Larry Stewart received the Association of Trial Lawyers of America 2002 Leonard M. Ring Champion of Justice Award. This is the highest award bestowed by ATLA. It is being given to Stewart in recognition of his lifetime commitment to civil justice and his many contributions to the public good and welfare generally and to the legal profession specifically. Stewart has served the profession in a large number of roles and has been recognized previously by his peers through numerous other awards. In addition to his bar association activities, Stewart is an active member of the American Law Institute, the RAND Institute for Civil Justice and frequently appears throughout the country on CLE programs and in the media on subjects of current interest involving the civil justice system.
