Stewart Tilghman Fox & Bianchi, P.A. is a trial practice firm that represents plaintiffs in lawsuits arising from car accidents; defective products including automobiles, boats, drugs, medical devices, tires, trucks and others; medical malpractice and legal malpractice; breach of contract; fraud; insurance disputes; securities law violations; libel and slander; slip and fall; airplane crashes; Will contests; class actions and many more. We are just five lawyers and, because of our small size, we do not get you in the door with one lawyer and then pass you off to others who you rarely see. Every lawyer in the firm is fully engaged in what we are doing at the moment. Each client's case is handled by at least two lawyers and one or more paralegals. In some cases all of the lawyers in the firm work together on a single case maximizing the effort and, hopefully, the recovery.

From our office in Miami, Florida we have gone up against some of the largest law firms and corporations in the country. Giant firms and giant corporations do not have an advantage over small but focused firms who have "been there before" with a similar case. The courtroom is the great equalizer where the playing field is leveled and trial skills - not bulk or manpower - will decide the outcome.

The lawyers in our firm have collectively tried hundreds of jury trials and many non-jury trials throughout the state of Florida and several other states as well. Over the years one or more of our four named partners has served as President of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA); the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers; the Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar; the American Board of Trial Advocates (State of Florida) and others.

We are regular speakers in seminars on trial practice, litigation skills and substantive law throughout the State of Florida and across the country. We have published over 100 articles in legal publications on a variety of legal and trial related subjects and continue to do so as invited authors.

In the preparation of cases these days the use of expert witnesses is almost a "must". We have our own internal database of expert witnesses that we have used in the past with very good results and we are able to quickly obtain a review of a case whenever necessary.

In short, we have the background, the experience and the resources to represent virtually any client on any issue. We would be pleased to represent you.
