The BP Oil Disaster
This disaster, unprecedented in its scale and scope, is likely to result in the largest damage payout in American history and will sorely test the ability of our legal system to handle the flood of claims. While we have all heard BP’s repeated statements that “we will pay all legitimate claims,” that is not likely to happen.
