Class Actions
A class-action lawsuit is the consolidation of several related lawsuits into one. When feasible, a class action can be an efficient alternative to individual lawsuits. An individual may join a class action lawsuit if the individual’s injuries and legal issues are substantially similar to the other class members. For decades, we have served as lead counsel in large class action litigation. This experience enables us to put together convincing cases and determine when an individual client's injuries warrant a separate lawsuit.
