Noteworthy CasesTIRE FAILURE AND ROLLOVER OF ISUZU RODEO CAUSES SERIOUS HEAD INJURY TO 47 YEAR OLD WIFE AND MOTHER AND INJURIES TO OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS Our client was driving his friend’s Isuzu Rodeo on I-75 with his wife, his mother and his children, aged 5 and 16 inside. Suddenly, without any warning, a loud sound came from the left rear tire area and our client started to lose control of the vehicle. Despite his best efforts, our client could not keep the Isuzu in the driving lane and it began to spin and then rollover. By the time the vehicle came to final rest the lives of this family would never be the same. Our client’s wife is in a coma, his mother was seriously injured and his two children were injured as well but, thankfully, are recovering. We have taken control of the Isuzu and the tire that failed and have them secured in a locked storage facility. We will shortly have them examined by expert witnesses to determine precisely what happened and why. In the meantime, we are preparing to file a lawsuit on the family’s behalf.
