Noteworthy CasesCOLLEGE STUDENT SUFFERS CATASTROPHIC BRAIN INJURY FROM MEDICAL MALPRACTICE We have been hired by the parents of a promising young college student who suffered a catastrophic brain injury due to the negligence of a hospital and his doctors. As a result of their negligence our client is no longer able to walk or talk despite extensive therapy for the past year. He will require 24-hour care for the rest of his life in addition to regular therapies and medication. He will never be able to earn an income and his parents simply do not have the means to pay for all that will be required. We expect to file this lawsuit later this year after going through Florida’s mandatory pre-suit process.
